I heard the news about the maidens who were taken away...truly a horrendous act. A true gentleman would do nothing like that. Those who oppose him...I wish I could offer something, but alas, I'm afraid I only have my good looks and charming personality.

I don't know what happened yesterday, but it was just...weird. But I can't complain, Haruhi-chan was so eager to spend time with her daddy! Though I don't quite understand why she wanted to just stay in bed all day. Or why she took off our clothes. Or why I woke up with her on top of me like that.

I don't think I like this place very much. While it has put me in the company of many fine ladies who I am more than happy to spend time with, it has also put Haruhi-chan in so much danger in such a short period of time! I'm glad I was able to protect her, but I don't know how long I'll be able to. There are so many mean men trying to take advantage of her as well. I won't let it happen.

Most people don't seem to understand our relationship. We aren't related by blood, but I'm still her father. And wanting to marry her is just a normal fatherly reaction! I don't want to see her take the hand of any other man, so to prevent that I know that I will have to do it one day. And it will be so grand, we can have a real commoner's wedding and she will be wearing a fine dress made by the Hitachiin twin's mother. Of course, the rest of the hosts would be available to dance with all the single ladies at the wedding, and the ball afterwards would be just perfect.

Though I do wonder about the events in the photo booth. I don't think anybody knows that we ran off and took shelter and nearly kissed. And Haruhi-chan was just too cute! I carry the photo we got everywhere I go!
